– 3 farms
– 1 forestry area
– Carpentery Production edited for increased inputs and outputs
– Paper mill increased production outputs
– Three silos, one on each farm have increased capacity
– Bale and pallet storage can hold 500
– Chicken Coop on the upper farm hods 100 chickens and 10,000 liters of feed
– Lime buying station, available for each farm, also sells fertilizer and seeds
– Various base game productions and farm buildings
– One plot of land at the top of the map can be purchased and used as a placeable area or for extra grass
