A Hud to display the Productions that need Attention

* The Display can be set under that of the Vehicle Inspector by Setting
* The Output of a Production for Sale can be ignored by Setting, useful for Warehouses in which only Internal Requirements are stored
* Formatting of the VK List so that the duplicate Information is not repeated one below the other, i.e. the Data appear grouped, but are simply in the order of the Items
* Further Visual Improvements to the overlay

How to install FS19 mods?
